Healthy Home (operated by RayZen Tech Pvt. Ltd., Nepal) provides nutrition and wellness services through our branches, our website, and the Healthy Home mobile app. This policy applies to all of them.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, phone number, and email address, used to create and secure your account.
- Health and wellness information — body composition measurements, session and appointment records, diet plans, and package enrollment, recorded as part of the services you receive at our branches.
- Inquiries — anything you send us through the contact or booking forms.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos, and we do not show third-party advertising.
How we use it
Your information is used only to provide our services: managing your appointments, sessions, and packages, tracking the progress you ask us to track, and contacting you about your care. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, SMS, and email delivery).
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secured servers. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you. We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, and for the period required by law for billing records.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To request deletion of your account and data, use our data deletion form — we process requests within 30 days.
